Easy come, Easy go.

Satisfaction, is the only word i could described money. Receiving it and giving it to others give me great estacy, where all my hard work brings fruituition.

Receiving it brings me a lot of pleasure, how ever it is totally different when you are the one whose giving the money away.

You would never realised how much effort and hard work your parents had given to you, untill it is your turn to shine. Yes, by then you would learned how to save and spend. At that moment, you will appreciated money for your own good.

You will start to spend more wisely, carefull with what you buy and learned how to put your priorities first.needs and wants are two different things, it depends on us how we manage it.

Uniselian!

I'm from Unisel Shah Alam, and i'm a Uniselian! just graduated with a Diploma of Communication and Media, and now continuing here in Bachellor of Corporate Communication.

I'm hoping to be the best among the best, i know there are many competitors and they are so creative and productive. But, that won't scare me away, because i'm here to fight and i'll fight till the end. For me and my future!

the oldies never get old.

My passion in songs have always been the oldies, either it's The Beatles or Bee Gees! i would played their songs on the dvd player for so many times and i'll never get bored with it.

How fantastic the lyrics are, amazed me with it's rythm and blow me away with their sweet voices.

How i wish, i could asked for their autographs.

Thank them for making a song that could be remembered by others and showed them my love as the loyal fan of all. - Zafirah Zainal

a song that i' ve played for quite some times now, and i'm sharing with you!

women with pride, honoured and loved.

Audrey Hepburn
She was a talented actress, her impressive career in film and theatre spanned 42 years, ending only with her death in 1993. A vastly influential person and notable humanitarian, she received over fifty awards and international distinctions for her work in film and later, for her efforts on behalf of children everywhere.

Born in Brussels, Belgium, as a child, she attended boarding school and took dancing lessons. In 1948 to 1949, she entered into the world of musical theatre as a chorus girl in two London productions: "High Button Shoes" and "Sauce Tartare". In 1950, She assumed a feature player's role in another theatre production, "Sauce Piquante".

Her film career began in 1951, as an unbilled extra in "One Wild Oat". More prominent roles followed, earning her Academy Award : Best Actress nominations for the following films: "Roman Holiday" (1953 - Best Actress - Won), "Sabrina" (1954), "The Nun's Story" (1959), "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (1961), and "Wait Until Dark" (1967).

Additional awards received include the 1954 Tony Award for Best Dramatic Actress ("Ondine" 46th Theatre Production, New York) , the 1954 Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture Actress - Drama ("Roman Holiday"), the 1990 Golden Globe’s Cecil B. DeMille Award, the 1993 Screen Actors Guild Lifetime Achievement Award, and (posthumously) the 1993 Oscar (Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award).

During this period, she made over fifty field research visits to UNICEF-assisted projects in Sudan, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Ethiopia, Sudan, Eritrea, and Somalia. Her first-hand experience of the plight of poor and displaced children gave her the opportunity to speak before Special Assemblies at the United Nations, share details with various Press Associations, and lobby to World Parliaments

you have been such an inspiration for me, from then untill now you were the best i ever looked up too Audrey Hepburn. - Zafirah Zainal

examination hours, in process. TING!

It's 3.38 a.m in the morning, and i'm still stuck in front of this precious computer thinking how could i strategize all my works in time before the big date!

7th of march is the day where i, A corporate communication student will finally face the war in the hall of Unisel Shah Alam. Sounds tragic isn't it?

What ever it is, the day will come soon, And i'm not that strong to face it now, strong in terms of health and especially mental.

I'm nothing like Einstein, I'm not like Alexander Graham Bell who first created the telephone. I'm just an ordinary girl with a poor mind condition. For the first hour, I'm good in remembering the formulas, the next 3 or 4 hours half is gone, dissapeared like the wind .

Why? Maybe i ate a lot of ants, which i didn't notice. Well, that sounds a bit disgusting, this is just a thought. Back then, It was just a myth where i believe it was the ants fault if i failed to answer my first paper! Damn you ants!

Now i'm praying and hoping for the best, preparing for the worst. Ya ALLAH Ya Tuhanku, Please let me succed in answering all the examination questions without failed, avoid me from despair and help me through all obstacles i may faces. Amin Ya Rabaal Alamin.

What is it with "KHURAFAT"?

"khurafat" a new hit Malay horror movie directed by the so cute director Syamsul Yusoff. Have you watched it yet? I've heard it was the best horror movie ever in Malaysia, better than "Jangan Pandang Belakang"! Now, how exciting is that? i wanted to watch this movie so badly.

Since last Saturday, i have too many assignments to settle with, and i have no one to go with which make my day so boring. My sister did asked me to come with, but what's the fun in that? i wanted to go with my buddies, where i could scream as loud as i want to, laugh and enjoyed with!

Well, back to the movie, this movie tells a a story about a guy who is deeply in love with this pretty girl. He knows her from a well known club where all the young people goes. It was the heart of the city at night, with loud music and lights everywhere!

Unfortunately, the girl rejected him and humiliated him in front of everyone, he was so ashamed and decided to see the witch doctor. Hey!i should not narrate the movie right? the movie should be surprising and fun! So come on everybody, let's watch "Khurafat" and support our Malaysian movies!

healty u, healthy me and everyone is happy!

As a student, i know time is tight and you rarely have a strategic time for yourself. Tension and tired is just the beginning of a new chapter. Especially when it comes to your routine lifestyle. In order, to keep ourselves fit and healthy, here i share several tips for you and me. Being a student doesn't means that we need to starve, we just need a healthy diet!

1) EAT SLOWLY

It takes some time for your brain to realize that your body is full. Mindlessly eating while watching television or doing other activities can lead to overeating. Eating with others, turning off distractions and taking time to enjoy your food will help to avoid the problem of eating after you are full

2) ADD FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and high in nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making them some of the healthiest foods you can incorporate into your diet. Aim for at least five servings a day; you can accomplish this by adding produce to normal recipes, such as adding fruits and vegetables to pizzas, sandwiches, omelets and pastas, as well as eating them for snacks.
3) REDUCE SUGAR AND SALT
Too much sugar can lead to significant health problems, such as diabetes, arthritis and depression. Furthermore, sugar-loaded foods tend to be high in calories, which can lead to weight gain. Sodium should be limited to 2,300 milligrams per day, as excess sodium intake leads to problems such as hypertension. Sticking to a well-balanced meal plan likely will lead to an automatic reduction in sugar and salt

4) EAT HEALTY CARBOHIDRAT
Healthy carbohydrates help to stabilize blood sugar and insulin levels, and provide the body with energy and fiber. Healthy carbohydrates include whole grains, produce and legumes. Unhealthy carbohydrates provide short spikes in blood sugar, which lead to energy crashes. Unhealthy sources include sugar, white bread and white rice, as these do not provide any fiber for sustained energy.
5) EAT PROTEIN
Protein provides the body with energy and rebuilds muscles. Healthy sources of protein include beans, nuts, lean meats, eggs, low-fat dairy products and soy products. Protein also assists in controlling hunger, which helps to reduce overeating, according to WebMD. The recommended amount of protein is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, according to The Doctor Will See You Now.
6) EAT HEALTHY FATS
Fats are the third nutrient your body uses for energy. Saturated and transfats are unhealthy as they increase cholesterol levels, and should be eaten in moderation. Saturated fats are found in dairy and meat products, while trans fats are found in margarine and baked goods. Unsaturated fats, however, help repair the brain, heart, cells, hair, nails and skin. They can be found in canola and olive oil, avocados, seeds and nuts. Fish provides polyunsaturated fats, such as omega-3 and omega-6
7) ENJOY YOUR FAVOURITE FOOD
Do not eliminate your favorite foods. Doing so will make you feel deprived, and will encourage you to give up on healthy eating. Instead, eat foods in moderation. Enjoy your favorite foods for special occasions, not all of the time. This will satisfy you, help you avoid feelings of deprivation and still not ruin an overall healthy eating plan.

LOVE and LUST

Everyone has a feeling. A feeling to be loved, cared and need. It doesn't matter who, it could be either a friend, a lover or even pets. But the love that i have accepted and shared for, have always been the greatest love of all.

The love from my parents, they are the one who cared, when i need them the most, the one who i shared my sorrow with and the one who would always stay beside me, when everyone in the world turns their back.

Mama, thank you for your unconditional love, thank you for being the best mother in the Whole Wide World for me. Thank you, for the love and cared that you have been giving to me in this 22 years of my life.

Papa, thank you for supporting the decision that i have made in life, thank you for correcting my mistakes when i'm wrong and thank you for being a sporting father, Yet, a disciplined one.

I love both of you with all my heart, i love you with every beat of my heart. Nothing ever stops. Thank you parents, for everything.
